Nilda Karolina discovered her passion and vocation for teaching when she began serving in the Sunday school ministry at her church. She is now following in the footsteps and example of her father, a teaching professional and principal of a school.

Nilda has a degree in foreign languages with a focus on teaching English. Currently, she is completing a master’s degree (online) in Design, Management and Project Management with International Cooperation at the European University of the Atlantic, Spain. Nilda brings strength, dedication, and love to Family Life Missions and believes God gives her the wisdom to direct our educational center. She believes that she is an instrument in the hands of God that restores, encourages, and strengthens the educational team and students with every word that comes from her heart.

Nilda is the older sister to two brothers, the aunt to a handsome boy, and the eldest daughter to parents who have dedicated themselves to educating with values, respect, love, and patience.
