José is the on-site director for all operations at FLM Honduras. He is currently completing a degree in religious studies (Theology). He has a certification in Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®), trained as a Trauma Competent Care Giver and has trained with the curriculum of Soul Care™. Before working with FLM, he served for 10 years in his church community working with vulnerable children. At FLM he leads, manages, and guarantees the operations of all the programs of FLM including legal representations, finance, operation planning, partnership relationships & public relations, and management of national projects. Jose is very committed to the vulnerable children of Honduras and has a passion to help as many children as possible by giving them a permanent family. Committed to doing God's work with excellence, He is married to Karla and is the father of two daughters.
