Our Team

Wilson leads our spiritual development in the community by recruiting foster care families through local churches, overseeing our Building Dreams program, and serving as spiritual coordinator over our PLN Bilingual School and our FLM staff. He has 16 years of pastoral ministry through his church that includes serving vulnerable children in the community. Wilson is finishing his theology studies at UCENM and is currently working on this thesis. He worked at Predisan for four years as a member of the Spiritual Development team and currently serves as the president of the Water Board of five Catacamas neighborhoods. Married to Elga since 2006, they are the parents  of three children. He considers children as the Kingdom of God, which is why he is motivated to work with them as they have much to teach us. Accompanying children in their spiritual development is essential as we work to help parents lay the foundation so each child can understand their purpose on earth.
