Zach Steed has lived in Hoover, Alabama, since 1997.  He has been married to his wife, Janel, since 1995, and together they have two sons: Tucker (20) and Easton (19).  He is a 1997 graduate of Harding University, where he received his BBA in Accounting and Economics.  He is currently the managing principal of a partnership that invests in real estate and small businesses.  Previously, he worked as an accountant for Ernst & Young, and then for 20 years as a financial advisor affiliated with Ameriprise Financial.

Zach and his family are members of the Riverchase Church of Christ, where he serves as a deacon.  He is also currently serving as chairman of the President’s Council at Harding University.  Zach enjoys spending time with his family doing a wide range of activities, including trips to Catacamas, Honduras, in the summers of 2022 and 2023 to work alongside Family Life Missions.
